Before you book a Discount Hotel, please check at first through our reservation service the room rate discount: service@hotelgoldcard.info (Please make sure: price ranges do not include discount. We ask for understanding that the discounted price is subject to business secrecy and is only available for our members).
Proceed as follows: search your desired hotel, click on the hotel and put down your customer number. Fill out the further question list. We will contact you and you will get an offer. Once you accept the offer, the booking will be confirmed.
Note: Please send us your booking request at least 5 working days before arrival to the hotel.

Once you have accepted your reservation it is binding. After the agreement you can only cancel yourself, directly with the hotel. If you fail to timely cancel the reservation, you could be charged for that by the hotel. Booking through our booking office is no guarantee that the booking will get agreed by the hotel. The concept is based on availability of free rooms so the hotel owner has the choice to make a reservation or not to accept it.
