How can I make a reservation by myselves with my hotelgoldcard?

First you have to activate your cardnumber on our website. Choose a Goldcardhotel from the hotel catalogue. The most Hotels only want to accept the reservation through our bookingoffice: klick on the hotel you want to book and fill out your clentnumber. We will contact you as soon as possible!

What are minimum charges?
Each hotel lists the minimum charges each adult hotel guest must spend daily on breakfast and dinner. In return the hotel stay is free.

Can I make a hotel reservation all year through?   
In most hotels, you are welcome all year, based on expected availability, although sometimes in weekends, on holidays or during  conventions no reservations are possible. In the high season most bookings are on a last minute bases.
  
Why can I stay for free?   
Hotels are rarely fully booked. Those vacant rooms are made available to Hotelgoldcard clients, on the condition that they have breakfast and dinner in the hotel. That way the hotel owner has at least some earnings.
 

Do my children have to pay full price?
Usually children up to 12 years old get a special discount on the minimum charges, if they stay in their  parents' room.  Please ask about these children rates before making a reservation.

Do I have to stay three nights?
Hotels often agree to a minimum stay of two nights and sometimes even one. Please check this when you make a reservation.

Can I also book a single room?
In most cases you will be charged extra, however.
